Turcio’s Drywall : 10 years of experience
Needed to have a ~10" square investigative/diagnostic hole that was cut out of drywall ceiling by plumber (due to a small leak above) enlarged (to remove more damaged drywall), patched, and painted. I provided the paint. The hole was enlarged to about 18" long, maybe 12" wide.
Responsiveness, promptness, and quality of work were great.
Giving 4 stars because when the job was over, he asked for $50 more than what was quoted. I said I remembered the price as $50 less. He said his wife does the payments, so maybe she said that. Then he said, ok, how about [just $25 over the quoted price]? I wasn't sure if I had missed a final message on Thumbtack, so I just agreed -- I paid $25 over the agreed price. Not such a big deal, but for such a small job, $25 was not an insignificant percentage increase.

"Turcios and his team were extremely thorough. I asked them to paint 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms has art painted on the wall that I wanted to preserve. I suggested painting a biz around it but they went through the painstaking process of painting all around the artwork. It looked amazing and they didnt change the price of the job. They were very detail oriented. I got 4 quotes off of thumbtack, and Turcious was by far the most reasonable. I highly recommend them for your painting needs. "

Juan and his team painted the walls of our home - all three floors - and did a great job. He coordinated with us for scheduling, verified how and what we wanted painted, and completed the work in two days - well ahead of schedule. They also did a great job protecting our floors and carpets and left our place looking brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Turcios in the future based on this job.
Hired Turcios a few weeks back to paint a bed room and see how they do for possible renovations for the basement. The paint job was good to fair (a few outlet covers had paint on them). My biggest gripe was that one of his painters decided to clean his brush in my guest bathtub. They painted a wall a dark navy blue and by doing so left a faint blue ring in our tub. I have tried everything to clean it out and although better you can still see the ring. All in all for the price I paid to paint a small bedroom I was hoping for a little more. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Turcios in the future based on this job.
Juan's team hung some drywall in my basement, taped it and painted it. Nice job! They very flexible and able to fit me into their schedule, working around my travel commitments. Juan was easy to work, had each team at the house, on schedule and as promised, and completed the work ahead of schedule.
I needed one bedroom painted in our house along with some drywall patching where the nails were starting to poke through. Juan responded almost immediately to my request and showed up the same evening to give me an accurate estimate. Since I was listing my property for sale and needed pictures taken immediately, he was able to schedule me for painting the next morning at 6am. He arrived promptly at 6am the next morning with his crew of two painters and the did an excellent job. I highly recommend his work and would use him again in the future.

Juan and his crew were great to work with. They did a fantastic job, and I would definitely recommend them for future work. For me, they painted a large room and fixed any drywall that needed fixing. Installed some fans and a light fixture, fixed up some ductwork, and installed crown moulding. The work was done quickly, they were always on time, and there was no mess left behind.
I needed a patch of drywall in my basement that had water damage. Other contractors did not return my calls and I needed the job done quickly before an inspection. Juan came out and did the job on the same day. Good job, good price and he's there when you need him.
